We will dispatch your order within 24 Hours after placing an order from our store and usually you will receive your order Min 3-10 Max Days after Dispatching the order.

 

                                                                     

At Bigger Fish, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for many products, while for others shipping charges as per actuals.

 

Note: Extra shipping charges could be charged for Special Zones (or If packets are to be delivered by DTDC or where only DTDC delivers) – Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Hill Stations, Port Blair, North East India like Assam, Nagaland. Also if the Packet is heavy like 1.5 – 2 Kg, shipping charges could go up slightly. Speed Post shipping could also be extra.

 

Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique and they might be located anywhere in India, shipping times may vary. Look for specific shipping info on the product pages for individual shipping times.

Our courier partners, generally, deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 AM to 7 PM, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information (within 72 hrs).

During these Critical Covid 19 times, we are not entertaining any URGENT ORDERS. Some delays are also being experienced as air and train transport services are impacted.

It is recommended that you may please sanitize the parcel, on receipt, and your hands also after opening the parcel.

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellation requests from your end, will be accepted strictly within 24 hours (& before dispatch the orders) of placing the order only.

Some pieces can be cancelled from our end also, even after booking, although chances are very less. Availability for the same color, design of the products (clothing, accessories etc.) can be an issue sometimes from the supplier’s end, but we could suggest some equally good options to you through help mail to try n fulfill your orders to our utmost capability.
